Creamy Sesame Dressing

The best creamy dressing for all your Asian-inspired dishes!

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. 
  • We find that shaking our dressings in a jar is the quickest and easiest way to combine all the ingredients, making them nice and creamy. Plus, it makes them easy to store.

 Here are some serving suggestions:

  • Salads: drizzle the dressing over a fresh mixed green salad or a slaw like our Katsu Chicken Salad.
  • Noodle bowls: use it as a dressing for cold noodle salads, such as soba or udon noodles, along with veggies, fresh herbs, crunchy nuts and protein of choice.

  • Grain bowls: add it to grain bowls with brown rice or quinoa, veggies, avocado and protein.

  • Sushi stack
  • Roasted Vegetables: drizzle over roasted vegetables like broccoli, eggplant or sweet potatoes for a yummy side dish.

 

Ingredients

Creamy sesame dressing

  • 3 Tbsp hulled tahini
  • 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp tamari
  • 1 Tbsp water (if needed)
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
Method
  1. Simply add all of the ingredients to a small bowl or jar and mix / shake well to combine.
