Orange and Mustard Glazed Salmon with Pistachios and Fresh herbs 

Our mustard-baked salmon is a centrepiece that’s both impressive and easy to prepare. 

To save time on the day, marinate the salmon for 3-4 hours in advance. Because of the acidity from the orange, we advise not marinating for any longer than this.

When it’s time, pop it into the preheated oven, and once cooked, top it with the garnishes.

If you’re not so keen on salmon, simply swap for BBQ chicken or lamb- they are fantastic alternatives to complement this spread.

This salad is fresh, affordable, simple to make and great for meal prep! The whole dish can be prepared in advance; just ensure it’s brought to room temperature before serving.

The scoring not only helps to prevent a soggy zucchini but also looks so good on your dinner table. Scoring of the zucchini and drawing of the moisture can be done 1-2 hours before your guests arrive. The whipped ricotta can also be prepared in advance.
