Berry Smoothie Bowl

Packed with vibrant flavours and nutrient-rich ingredients, this smoothie bowl features a blend of frozen banana, berries, and zucchini, with protein powder, yoghurt, and omega 3-rich hemp and chia seeds. It’s the perfect way to start the day!

  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • ½ cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt/ coconut yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup water 
  • ½ cup ice


Optional toppings

  • Granola
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Depending on the consistency you’d like you might want to add some more water.
