Green Goodness Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ frozen banana 
  • Handful of baby spinach or frozen spinach 
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp spirulina (optional)
  • ¼ cup water 
  • ½ cup ice
Method
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Depending on the consistency you’d like you might want to add some more water.
