Make the miso, honey sauce for the cabbage (store in an airtight container in the fridge).
- 2 Tbsp miso paste
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of water
- Pinch of salt
- Add the miso paste, honey, water and salt in a jar and shake well to combine.
Make the herby, tahini sauce (store in an airtight container in the fridge).
Note* you’ll need to add 2 Tbsp coriander and 2 Tbsp mint before serving.
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 small clove of garlic (crushed)
- ¼ cup – ½ cup of water
- Add the tahini, lemon juice and garlic to a small bowl and whisk to combine; slowly add the water until it reaches a drizzling consistency.
