Perfect Baked Potatoes

We love the simplicity of a baked potato. Crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside – it’s the perfect (and affordable) way to bulk up a meal if you’ve got a hungry household to feed.

  • 4 agria potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celsius fan bake. Using a fork, pierce the outside of the potato about 10 times. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt, place onto a baking tray and into the oven for 50 minutes.
  2. Once cooked, slice the potatoes lengthwise and place a knob of butter in the centre and season with salt.
