Prepare the sauce for the prawns (store in an airtight container in the fridge)
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp tamari
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 Tbsp ginger (grated)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a container and mix well to combine.
Prepare the vegetables (store them in an airtight container in the fridge).
- Finely slice ¼ of a large red cabbage
- Cut one red capsicum into thin strips
- Cut one carrot into thin batons.
Roast ¼ cup of cashews (allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the pantry).
Prepare the dipping sauce (store in a glass jar in the fridge).
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 lemon (juice)
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a glass jar and shake well to combine.
