A quick note on portions: our dinner recipes serve four. They can easily be enjoyed by the whole family - If someone in your household isn’t doing the reset, feel free to make their meal more substantial by adding a carbohydrate of your choice. If you’re cooking for one (or for two), we recommend enjoying the leftovers for an easy, reset-friendly lunch the next day.
You’ll notice that the remaining meals are a mix of single-serve and two-serve recipes, depending on how well they lend themselves to meal prep.
