Having a variety of dressings up your sleeve is your secret weapon when it comes to creating tasty (and anything but boring) salads every time.

Homemade dressings are so easy to make and it means that you’ll avoid all of the nasty additives, preservatives and vegetable oils often found in store bought dressings.

We find the best method is to add everything to a jar and shake well to combine, then store it in the fridge for 5-7 days so you can keep using it.
