Plan & Prep

When meal prep comes to mind we often think of the same boring and bland meals, on repeat for the week, but if you’re like us and you live to eat - not eat to live then eating the same meal for five days in a row doesn’t appeal (I mean what gets you through the day?!).

This being said life gets busy and we can’t afford to spend hours in the kitchen whipping up our dinners... cue meal prepping. Meal prep is a super useful tool to help you get easy, tasty dinners on the table no matter what life throws at you.

We recommend spending an hour on a Sunday (or whatever day suits you) meal prepping to save you time throughout the week so you’re spending less time in the kitchen after a long day.

It may seem a little tedious but there are so many benefits, especially if you commit to it for a few weeks and start to get into the swing of things.

  • Saves time when you get home from work and can’t be bothered cooking.
  • Saves you money.
  • Reduces food waste.
  • Makes sure you’ve got delicious, nutritious meals for the week ahead and that you’re not going to be on uber eats at 7 pm trying to sort dinner last minute.

We’ve created a Plan & Prep downloadable that has everything you need to know when it comes to meal planning. So put on a podcast or some music, pour a glass of wine and spend an hour doing some meal prep for the week ahead, we promise you won’t regret it.
