Ingredients
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ cup water or milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 dates
- 1 tsp miso paste
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Topping
- Cacao nibs
- Hemp seeds
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Top with a sprinkle of cacao nibs and hemp seeds or some of your favourite granola.
