Healthy Strawberry Milkshake

We can’t get enough of this refreshing summer drink! It’s the perfect little afternoon pick-me-up.

  • 1 punnet strawberries (ends removed)
  • 500ml plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup cashews (soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  1. Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Serve in a large glass with lots of ice.
  • You can add a little more or less maple syrup depending on how sweet you’d like it.
  • You can swap out the strawberries for any berries or even mixed frozen berries.
