Yoghurt Tahini Sauce

Easy, versatile and delicious what more can we ask for out of a sauce. It is a perfect condiment alongside meat, falafels and roast veg or even as a base for a crispy cos salad.


1/2 cup greek or natural yoghurt
1/4 cup tahini
1 garlic clove (crushed) 
‍Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper to preference


1. Add all ingredients into a small bowl and mix well until the sauce is a smooth creamy consistency.
*if your tahini is dry and hard to mix with the yoghurt try placing all the ingredients into a blender, like a nutribullet. Until well incorporated.
